Haflinger Description
  The Haflingers are moderately rare, although it is rapidly becoming more popular because of its diversity. They are small, attractive, intelligent horses that originated in Hafling, Austria in the 19th century. The Haflingers are a very versatile animal. They are an all round family ride and drive pony and can also be a successful competitive animal in dressage, driving, endurance riding, ect. What makes the Haflinger so special is its appearance. It is fairly small and quite attractive. Their coats are golden chestnut with long, flowing, white manes and tails.
