Canadian Horse Description
The Canadian horse is not a very well known horse today. However that was not always the case. It is nicknamed the "Little Iron Horse" because it is an excellent utility horse that is extremely hardy in a variety of situations. At one time, it was a very popular horse due to the fact that they possess strength, intelligence and a gentle dispostion... Even though is is a bit shorter than other horses, it is still very powerful and able to carry more weight than one would think. It has very strong, powerful legs. The Canadian horse is usually seen with a black coat, but can also be seen in bay, chestnut, and brown. They have a luxurious mane and tail.
