Barb Description
  The Barb is an average size horse that is intelligent and dependable, whose stamina and hardiness make it a perfect horse for a multitude of situations. It is known for its endurance and agility. It is very useful in both sport and jumping, though it is generally used as an all-purpose riding horse. The Barb has a reliable temperament yet it is spirited. It is usually seen in shades of gray or black, but it can also be seen in colors such as bay, chestnut, or a dark brown. The Barb is a very sturdy, but is not very stocky and can even be considered to have a rather delicate build. It has a rather narrow head and an arched neck. Its body is fairly short and the legs are strong, slim and long.
