Welsh terrier Description
The Welsh Terrier is a compact and rugged-looking dog with a harsh, wiry coat. It looks like a small Airedale Terrier. Its head is long, flat and rectangular and has bushy eyebrows, mustache and beard. Its muzzle is squared at the end, never pointed, and is somewhat deeper than that of the Fox Terriers. It has v-shaped ears that fold forward, a black nose and small, dark eyes that are almond-shaped. Its cat-like feet are small and rounded. The top of the back forms a straight, level line. Its dewclaws on the front and back legs are removed. It has a docked tail that is carried gaily.
