Skye terrier Description
The Skye Terrier is a long and low, elegant dog. Its length should be twice is height at the withers. Its muzzle is powerful and it has a black nose, dark brown eyes, and ears that are either upright or falling-down. A Skye Terrier that has ears that are falling-down, is rare. Its pendant tail never curls. It has an undercoat that is soft, and the outer coat is about 6 inches long, hard, straight, and free of any rippling and parts down the middle of the back. The hair sheilds and protects the eyes and forehead. It has hare-like feet that are long and large, pointing straight foreward.
