Pembroke Welsh corgi Description
The Pembroke Welsh Corgi is similar to the Cardigan Welsh Corgi. Like the Cardigan, it is a long, low dog with large, erect ears, a broad, flat skull, and a fox-like head. Its nose is black and it has dark eyes with black rims. It has a soft, water-resistant coat. Unlike the Cardigan variety that has a long tail, the Pembroke's tail is almost non-existent. It has straighter legs and is not quite as long as the Cardigan. Its head is more wedge-shaped and its ears are smaller and closer together than the Cardigans. It tends to be lighter than the Cardigan.
