Bulldog Description
The Bulldog is small in stature, but is wide and compact. It has a thick, massive head with cheeks that extend to the sides of the eyes. The skin on the skull and forehead fall in dense folds. It has a short and pug muzzle that is sometimes dark, and a nose that is broad and black with large nostrils. The lower jaw is very undershot and the upper lip is pendant. It has very round and dark eyes that are far apart and its ears are small and thin, folded back in the form of a rose. Its short tail is carried low and its stocky legs are set squarely at each corner of its compact, muscular body giving the bulldog the appearance of waddling.
