Bedlington terrier Description
The Bedlington Terrier has been described as a dog with the heart of a lion and the apperarance of a lamb. It actually does look like a sheep. Its head is pear-shaped, back is arched and has a curly coat. Its head has no stop, descending in an unbroken line from the crown to nose. Its eyes are small and deep set. The tail is pointed and front legs are straight with hare-like feet. Its thick double coat is a mixture of soft and harsher hairs. It has an unique springy gait, particulary when moving slowly.
