This cat
resembles a small Clouded Leopard in appearance. Varying
from brownish gray to bright yellow or reddish brown,
it has large dark blotches, outlined in black, along
its sides. Its limbs and underparts have solid black
dots, and its long, bushy tail is spotted and tipped
with black.
Little is known about the lifestyle of the Marbled Cat,
but it is thought to be nocturnal and partly arboreal.
It preys mainly on birds, squirrels,and rats,and,probably
, lizards and frogs.
This cat is affected by human disturbance and habitat
